It was necessary in 2023 to raise the standard individual ticket price to £20. The 2024 price is yet to be agreed.

However, a season ticket can be purchased to cover all 9 concerts in the 2024 season, which will typically represent a saving of around 33%.

With the generous support of the CAVATINA Chamber Music Trust, we can as in previous years offer free admission to all concerts for those aged under 25 years of age. These free tickets can only be claimed by supplying us with the following information for each individual:

Age
Place of education (if relevant)

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

Ways to buy tickets

Online

You can buy tickets for any of our concerts, including season tickets, online at TicketSource, using a debit or credit card. The free CAVATINA supported tickets may also be obtained through this route. No additional booking fee is chargeable. TicketSource will send your e-tickets by email.

Due to the small and personalised nature of our Front of House system, there is no need to print out and bring your ticket along to the concert. On arrival, please give the surname of the person who made the booking, and you will be registered and shown to a seat.

Online sales and the Box Office close at 5:00pm on the day of the concert. Purchases after then are only possible on the door (see below).

Doors open at 7:30pm. Tickets are on sale, subject to availability, and can be purchased in person using either

Seat Reservation

We are pleased to offer reserved seats to Friends of WCM and to season ticket holders.

Seats will be reserved until 7:45pm. Any unclaimed seats at that time will be released by the ushers to other members of the audience.

To reserve seats, please visit our seating plans page and select your preferred locations. N.B. there are two plans, so do check carefully that you are looking at the correct plan for your concert. This is not a live booking system, and so your desired seat may already have been allocated. Please be prepared to consider alternatives.

To reserve a seat, first purchase your ticket(s) and then contact the Box Office (see above). Once your eligibility has been confirmed, your seats will be allocated and then confirmed by email. Our ushers will show you to your seats when you arrive.
